For a unique incentive, the festival challenges local culinary enthusiasts to create one-of-a-kind grilled cheese sandwiches for a chance to win 1 of 3 prizes.

Sign up as a challenger by filling in and submitting our application form. You set your pricing and sell your food, other products and drinks all day!
WHAT'S INCLUDED?
- 10 X 10 space in our Challenger Zone
- 10 X 10 tent
- (2) 6 ft folding tables
- (2) chairs
- (1) 20 amp power
- Banner (+Frame) with business logo, address and/or social media handles
- Included in our social media marketing plan to announce all Challengers

Have Questions?
Who can enter?
Anyone from the business or *public can enter. Restaurants, food trucks, businesses, *private citizens or not-for-profit organizations (we had a Credit Union team win 3rd place twice!)
All entrants (inclusive of public and private citizens) must meet public health and legal requirements to sell product throughout the day.
How do I learn about what I need to meet public health requirements?
Information on health and safety, insurance requirements and set up will be provided. For more details call Hypitch Marketing.
How much does it cost to enter?
Fees and other information can be found by on the online application forms at www.hypitch.com/gcc.
How many sandwiches should I account for?
Most challengers sold over 600 sandwiches each and many ran out of food - so don't be caught short of supplies.
Who are the judges?
They can include Chefs, Food Bloggers and Sponsors!
How are winners chosen?
Judges Pick - Best Grilled Cheese (1st/2nd/3rd)
Judges will be blind tasting and scoring the sandwiches - at any time a sandwich purchased could be going to a judge. Judging is done in secret. Totals of the scoring sheets are used to decide winners.
When are winners announced?
All winners will be announced in the Great Lakes Brewery Garden at 6:00 PM and awards including prize(s) will be given out.

Just shoot us an email. All prizes must be new and full value. Coupons or 2 for ones not permitted. We are happy to promote donators on our website and through social media.
